Team Leader

We are seeking to recruit a Team Leader for our Lindex shops.

The ideal candidate will be result-driven person, able to monitor and supervise a team of sales persons with leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Team Leader Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• On-the-job training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
• Computer literate.
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
