B2B Sales Assistant

UNPAUSED Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Sales Assistant to support our business-to-business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client estimates, preparing cost breakdowns, maintaining databases, and coordinating with suppliers and shipping companies. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently to ensure smooth transactions and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimates and Costing:

  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for B2B products.
  • Analyze costs and generate quotes tailored to client requirements.

Database Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date client database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Continuously expand the client database and update email contact lists.

Client Communication:

  • Send promotional emails with product offers, new item updates, and relevant business information.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing product details, pricing information, and order status updates.

Supplier and Freight Coordination:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to obtain the latest product and pricing information.
  • Collect and compare freight prices by obtaining quotes from multiple shipping companies to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

Order Fulfilment:

  • Check production schedules, verify delivery timelines, and confirm product availability.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet client delivery requirements and optimize shipping timelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B support role, administration, or logistics coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics coordination is an advantage.
